Let's Get Away

Time of day is so important when you're trying to capture beautiful images with a drone. Preplanning is a must to figure out when the lighting will be best as well as weather conditions. Next comes any extra elements in the photo to tell a story. Here we have a car with a Kayak on the roof. The photo now goes from a shot of a dam that could tell a story of energy or resources, to vacation, leisure or escape. Bright colors help draw the eye to where you want it to go. I love diagonal lines, I use them frequently for impact.
